Pros

Free food in the breakroom Gym on site

Cons

This used to be tolerable but has been drastically going downhill the past month. Upper management and HR do not care about your issues - they "look into it" for everything but nothing ever comes of it. Hostile work environment with three male supervisors that target their reps. They let the one person go that listened to us and made the job enjoyable, making this place that much worse.

Fun, fast paced, but burn-out is an ever-present risk

Pros

Innovative tech, fast paced, agile workflow, generally fun place to work.

Cons

Engineering management has unhealthy expectations of deadlines and working excessive hours. Doesn't encourage a healthy work life balance. Burn out is a constant risk without very strong self discipline and push-back.

Pros

- Never a dull moment. You've always got something to do & the workload can be quite fun. - Full kitchen, always stocked and clean - Freedom and ability to make an impact - Coworkers are much like family

Cons

- Low wages compared to industry averages - 0 401K matching - Becoming too corporate and morale is deceasing - Training program in customer service is unorganized and seems to just throw new hires onto the floor when they are not ready whatsoever - Sometimes they just overwork the hell out of their employees and seem to lack compassion and understanding - Management chooses favorites and is discriminatory - Although the company boasts of technology, it is far more customer-oriented, which isn't bad, but it would be a more efficient "tech" company if they updated to use newer technology - Sales driven
