Pros loved my coworkers. They were caring, sweet and advocated strongly for their patients. As a patient also loved the staff.
Cons
As staff watched bullying happen on all levels in this establishment from staff, charge nurses, managers, Union staff to PAs. I didn't experience it myself till one certain PA. Saw this happen however on all levels to many staff. I worked personally with a manager who gaslit staff, then worried about their memory after erasing their vacation request. Saw same manager rip into float staff and others at the nurses station. A certain PA was so intimidating to myself before I left that despite working critical care my entire career my brain froze. Staff active in the union heard to say Apparently I am the only one working here ( ed)." HR another issue. The guys had no apparent problem per their own admission receiving tuition reimbursement. I however sent in paperwork several times, nothing. Am saddled with full student loans despite FT employees getting reimbursement. Now info breach, my info out there? Even Yale wants to back out...
