Pros

You cam make your own schedule w/o constantly having management look over your shoulder.

Cons

They are not at all sensitive to employees disabilities and ignore or delay any accommodation requests, trying to make the employees feel guilt and bring up the cost to accommodation. That is totally against the original mission of Easter Seals.
