We also provide our employees with flexibility in both schedules (e.g., hours per week, hours per day, days per week) and working remotely (e.g., our on-site/remote requirements are FTE-dependent and are the same for all medical staff--whether physicians, NPs or PAs). Easterseals MORC has also been the recipient of the “101 Best and Brightest" award for 23 years for Metro Detroit as well as West Michigan.
