The organization recently merged with another organization and there has been tremendous growth. They are dedicated to their employees and they provide great work/life balance.

Cons

The organization is growing very fast and the needs for the community is very great. They organization moves very quickly to meet the needs of the community and it can be overwhelming for some staff.

Incredible work culture, great work/life balance. All the resources you need. Not overworked and under paid which is common in community mental health. Plenty of team building and staff incentives.
