Incredible work culture, great work/life balance. All the resources you need. Not overworked and under paid which is common in community mental health. Plenty of team building and staff incentives.

Pros

Safe and supportive environment. Our leadership is always available in any department to support staff. Lots of room for growth, opportunities to learn new EBP, loan forgiveness, and then to develop and implement new ideas. Really appreciate how creative we can be with our teams to come up with solutions for challenges individuals face in the community, and how everyone works together to support. Strong support in work life balance too.

Can't keep up with staffing, a lot of intakes and not enough clinicians leading to burn out and turn over
