Pros
Everyone in operations that you interact with on a daily basis has a good attitude, generally speaking but the other branches are located in mid-western United States. So a majority of the personnel at this business are white.
Cons
I only bring up race because I am African American Marine Corps Veteran and I was put into a situation with this business that really made me feel like the leadership heard one report about me in the midst of me submitting my two weeks. Did not conduct an investigation and essentially let me go a week before my last day. I never had the opportunity to defend or even protect my reputation at this organization. Needless to say, if you are an individual that appears to be intimidating but you are actually a teddy bear. Do not work here.
