      Good entry level position to learn ice machines, cool team mates, decent pay

      Pros

      I graduated earlier this year and got my EPA. So far, I have been enjoying the opportunity to learn ice machines, but would like to learn more refrigeration for my career. Good team mates, although I don't see them too often.. most of us are in the field. Pay is decent .. I think we all want top dollar off the bat.

      Cons

      Its a growing company, advancement is not going to happen overnight which kinda sucks.

      Easy Ice is a growing company that provides a lot of opportunities. All of our departments offer employees the chance to step up and demonstrate their capabilities for more responsibilities. Many opportunities exist across the United States in all of our Markets. Each branch maintains its own unique culture while simultaneously being a part of the overall company culture. Our locations encompass a wide array of personalities and backgrounds, making it easy to engage in interesting conversations within the company.

      Cons

      Given the current supply chain issues, we often need to employ creative solutions to overcome them. However, there are instances where these solutions may not be fast enough for our customers, leading to added stress. Nevertheless, our company is continuously working on strategies to expedite the delivery of equipment and parts to meet our customers' needs.
