Pros

Sad to say, but there isn’t any.

Cons

Employees of Ecampus are burdened with unreasonable workloads and insane demands by the leadership. Every day we’re bombarded with more and more tasks, but we never receive sufficient support from our leaders. They only give us more responsibilities but never more resources or guidance.

Pros

Occasional discounts offered minor relief, but they were nowhere near enough to outweigh the misery

Cons

- Associates were buried under endless tasks, with far too few people scheduled to handle the workload - Broken systems failed constantly, dumping even more chaos onto frontline staff already stretched thin - Paychecks were an insult compared to the stress and abuse endured every single day - Burnout hit quickly, and the nonstop turnover was a glaring problem that management chose to ignore

Pros

Ecampus.com doesn’t have any pros.

Cons

Ecampus.com is a company you wouldn’t want to work for. There’s rampant harassment and abuse in this company’s workplace. The management is comprised of bullies who like to abuse and humiliate employees. And there’s no one or nothing in this company that keeps these awful people in check.
