The actual tasks weren't terrible, but any potential in this job was ruined by the people running the place.

Cons

Management showed no concern for the employees at all. We were thrown into the job with no proper training, then blamed and punished when things went wrong. Mistakes weren’t treated as opportunities to learn—they were used as reasons to humiliate and berate people. The system in place made absolutely no sense.

Everyone could relax when the CEO and managers are out.

Cons

Don't waste your time here! Otherwise, you'll be harassed, overloaded with work, and abused! You won't even get paid fairly and benefits terrible! The CEO even had the nerve to treat employees disrespectfully! There really is nothing here!

I actually made a few friends, not everyone's terrible, just awfully stressed.

Cons

Only management's favorites get to work easy here! There's a lot of bias and preferential treatment that it demotivates most of us! There are no means to move up, it's either you move forward or out!
