Flexible hours, work was simple and easy.

Cons

Simple job but could be toxic! What made the job horrible are the unreasonable expectations from management, the constant micromanaging and monitoring was awful suffocating! It's more stressful than the job itself!

Good place to work if you have no ambitions.

Cons

The work environment is toxic with good ole boys club at the top of the plant leadership structure, no true structure, and on its last hinge. Management will expect you to work all hours but they will not be available for any assistance during that time. They don't know how to treat people and it is a revolving door of people at all levels. Do not waste your time. It’s not worth the pay, I promise you.
