Holding us responsible for the company's revenue growth is insane and very stressful!! Management puts the on blame us for the company's performance when it's their job! The atmosphere's terrible because of the employees' frustration.

The salary didn't exceed my expectations but it was enough to sustain my living.

Cons

This place is severely dysfunctional due primarily to the lack of communication and unprofessionalism. The president is a complete snob with an overall arrogant and negative attitude. He is very much all about him. He promises things to clients that his team has no way to deliver and then blames the team when it doesn't get done. Over the years, I saw many talented, experienced people leave.
