The company gives you a choice to work from home or on site.

Cons

Even after a year, nothing changes. No improvement, still the same terrible work situation, awful benefits and pay! Management has no plans on giving us an increase even when they promised to. I guess it's all a lie!

Delusional Owner Creates Unbearable Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Despite issues with the owner, my former colleagues' support for one another created a positive and uplifting work atmosphere.

Cons

The owner seemed to live in a fantasy world, expecting us to achieve miracles with minimal resources and ridiculous timelines. His constant berating and unrealistic expectations made the work environment unbearable. I've never seen a company so out of touch with reality. It was a toxic place to work, and I'm glad I left when I did.
