Most of the employees are allowed to work remotely.

Cons

Benefits are only given to full time employees, and you have to wait for the management to decide on that. Every new employee is on probationary period and is renewable for a long as they want. It doesn't state when you're eligible to be a full time employee to get all the benefits.

The girl's bathroom uses nicely scented soaps.

Cons

The culture and environment at eCampus.com is an extremely depressing. They treat their employees like criminals - constantly watching, keeping tabs and generally distrusting everyone. Everyone who works here is under-paid and over-worked. The CEO has been known to say that all employees are dispensable.

Cons

A lot of responsibilities will be on your shoulders and you are expected to deliver results every time. That's too much pressure and no support from anyone not even the management.
