Toxic work environment

Pros

Experience working with difficult people.

Cons

Upper management is inflexible, demeaning and toxic. Promises made in hiring are not followed through. Environment feels like you’re back in high school with the cliques, bullies, and gaslighting. Operating systems are archaic and cumbersome. Job expectations are not clear, and they do not reward hard work and loyalty. Fresh ideas and experience are not welcomed.

Pros

The salary didn't exceed my expectations but it was enough to sustain my living but then again lacked the additional perks or benefits that could have made it more enticing.

Cons

It was obvious that the founder's vision was clouded by questionable intentions, turning what could have been a promising venture into a breeding ground for dissatisfaction. Under the guise of strict policies and unwavering protocols, the working environment became suffocating and stagnant. The founder's firm pursuit of profit, often at the expense of employee well-being, showcased their true nature as a scroundrel.

Pros

Despite the highs and lows of my time here, I will always cherish the wonderful cowrokers I had to privilege of working with. They were highly gifted and helpful people who created a fun and exciting work environment.

Cons

Reflecting on my time working at this company, I couldn't help but feel alarmed at the thought of the management I had to deal with. The constant barrage of demands, coupled with their inability to communicate effectively, made for an incredibly frustrating work environment. What was even more concerning was their apparent disregard for the well-being of their employees. It was clear that there was a mental problem at play, with many of them displaying symptoms of anxiety and stress.
