Under the guise of strict policies and unwavering protocols, the working environment became suffocating and stagnant. The founder's firm pursuit of profit, often at the expense of employee well-being, showcased their true nature as a scroundrel.

Reflecting on my time working at this company, I couldn't help but feel alarmed at the thought of the management I had to deal with. The constant barrage of demands, coupled with their inability to communicate effectively, made for an incredibly frustrating work environment. What was even more concerning was their apparent disregard for the well-being of their employees. It was clear that there was a mental problem at play, with many of them displaying symptoms of anxiety and stress.
