Pros

Everyone gets full benefits including new hires and starting pay is the same for new hires.

Cons

The culture was to bully new hires and have this horrible iritation like joining a fraternity! While the management discourages having groups or cliques, they blatantly don't take any action to prevent this AWFUL ritual from happening! I have so much DISGUST for the managers and supervisors who created this!

Poor Future Prospects and an Awful Pay

Pros

The only good thing I can recall is my manager was a decent human being. This person supported my learning process.

Cons

The overall experience was terrible. The pay was awful and ridiculous, and the benefits were horribly expensive. There were poor growth prospects, so there was no possibility of increasing the pay or benefits. I, like most of my colleagues, was unhappy here. The management didn't care whether employees were happy or not as long as we tackled insane and stressful workloads. Avoid it if you have financial responsibility. BEWARE!
