The company gives proper benefits at least.

Cons

Customer service understaffed most of the time as people come and go. Though there are times when we get overstaffed, which was the only time people will get an easy day. But a few hours later, one of the supervisors will come to you and ask you to go home because there are more than enough staff on board. That is so unfair.

Their offer includes health insurance and 401K at least. Employees get discounts on books and always have the first dibs on the new arrivals.

Cons

They are always understaffed as people keep leaving the company. The employees are always overworked and underpaid, and the employee morale is at its all time low. People are just dragging themselves to go to work, but would then eventually leave the company.

The company like throwing out parties which can be a good thing to lift the employees spirits, however, you'll come to thinking the should've just spent the money to employees salary.

Cons

Don't believe what's written in other reviews especially with the ones regard to the pay. They pay is low, and the benefits they give are with a price. Not a benefit at all.
