Working from home makes you safer in times of the pandemic.

Cons

Remote work also comes with its negative side. You'll be managing everything on your own, issues are all on you and you get little to no support. You oversee all accounts and no one will be there to assist you.

I am sorry you didn't feel like you had any support. Managers all try to be there for their employees. I wish you had reached out to someone either your supervisor or their manager or HR. We would have had someone help you.

The pros are you know how bad the company is once you leave

Cons

Too many cons to say all of them. Here are some of the cons. Tell you that you are doing a good job one week and get rid of you the next week. No real training, when you ask a question, they explain a little and then say “blah, blah, blah.” What does “blah, blah, blah” mean when you are trying to learn? Terrible benefits come with the position. There is no team work, it’s everyone for themselves atmosphere.
