Pros

There are NO pros working for Ross. They are a TRASH company that thinks of and treats their employees like garbage.

Cons

Compensation is not equivalent to the responsibilites asked of employees. CEO is emotionally volatile and creates an unbearable wok environment that includes verbal abuse and yelling at the top of his lungs several times a day. Not to mention the lies they tell about flexibility (hint: there is NONE), promotions (only if you suck up to the right people!!!), etc. I would never recommend anyone to work here. Run, run RUN!!!!!

Pros

The salary was decent, not exceptional, but it covered my basic needs.

Cons

The CEO of the company had a really arrogant and snobby attitude that affected everyone in the company. He would always show off how rich and well-connected he was, and he treated his employees poorly, often making rude comments and getting angry over small things. The company itself was chaotic, lacking a clear plan, which wasted time and resources and made it hard to achieve anything. The worst part was the toxic work culture at Ecampus.com, where employees were constantly in competition and there was a lot of gossip and betrayal. The CEO actually encouraged this behavior because it helped him control his employees more easily.

Not a Good Job or Workplace

Pros

I am not sure I want to add anything here.

Cons

I didn't like my job or the workplace. I have one piece of advice for anyone who is considering joining this company, reconsider. You might be wasting a lot of precious time on a job that's not satisfactory and for a company that doesn't care about the employees.
