Pros

Nice work experience if you're fresh grad.

Cons

Working here has been a terrible experience. There's no clear organizational structure which makes delegation of work somewhat difficult and ambiguous. You'll never know who to raise issues to, especially when you have issues and concerns about your manager. No HR department present. That means there's no regular performance evaluation - no performance bonus. I was not sure where I was headed in this company. I felt like a robot coming in and out of work every day without clear goals.

Get your experience and move on

Pros

They hire mostly recent college grads because they don't have to pay them much, but it's a great way to get some experience to build your resume and then move on quickly to a better job. Casual dress code is nice.

Cons

Toxic management made up exclusively of old white men. The CEO is a bully and berated employees, especially his revolving door of 20-something year old blonde assistants. It's a terrible working environment. Windowless offices, small cubicles, and very little incentives or rewards for hard work.

I am very sorry you had a bad experience. Our management does give praise and encouragement to the employees. I am sorry if you weren't on the receiving end of any of this encouragement. We have numerous women as managers and encourage everyone to climb the ladder at eCampus. We have a very diverse work force at this company. We have moved many employees to different departments where they are better suited so they can be more successful. Most of our executives are men with lots of experience but they are also the ones who have built this company to be the successful company it is. I assure you the CEO is not a bully, he has a heart of gold and is constantly trying to find ways to reward the employees. Our company gatherings at Christmas time and during the summer are just some of the ways we express our appreciation to all employees. Our offices are located in a warehouse building so it doesn't have windows but we are constantly trying to spruce it up. I hope you have a better experience at your next job.

Pros

Office was near my house. If you were a new graduate, this seemed like a good starting job for people in graphic design.

Cons

Worst job I ever had. Terrible job training that dovetailed into unrealistic expectations. Marketing Dept did the majority of the administrative work even when outside our purview. Boys Club all around with management.
