Pros

Ceo is totally a bully. Stay away. Run. The worst. So many cons it's actually comical if a total dictator didn't run the company. Someone who is so crooked he can't even park his bully vehicle straight.

Cons

Run by old mean men with dementia really a very bad ceo. No compassion probably shares a similar brain structure to a serial killer? Hr will get on here to defend this lunatic. The good reviews are completely fake. The bully probably ordered it while belittling his employees.

i am sorry you didn't like your experience at this company. I can truthfully tell you that your opinion is not the same as most of our employees. Over 1/3 of our employees have been here for over 10 years which speaks very highly of our company and our executives. I can assure you that no one is forced to make a good review on this site. I hope you will be happier in your next job.

Decisions Make No Sense

Pros

I cannot think of any good reason to work at this company.

Cons

None of the decisions made by this company make sense. The executive team does not care about the employees and the few perks that we had like monthly parties and holiday events have stopped within the past year so that they can save a few dollars. Morale is at an all time low and no one cares. The CEO is only looking to get the cheapest possible labor and all decisions are made with that in mind. They are doing a rebrand that is more confusing than the original branding. Everything they do makes no sense.

I am sorry you feel this way. I can ensure you that we have not stopped any parties or company events. We had a big 20th anniversary celebration and will be having our Christmas lunch in December. I can ensure you that our CEO and the other executives care very much about all the employees. If you have specific concerns, I wish you would stop HR to discuss. thank you
