Good company to work. A lot of good, talented people that are taking the job seriously. Very controversial cultures create a specific working atmosphere. Fun place to work with dissent benefits.

The company main goal is to build reliable electronics as cheap as possible, which put all products in the yesterday technology. Concentrated only on specific services.

There's plenty of room for advancement within the company and management looks out for their employees best interest.
