There has never been a layoff. There is a chance to move up through the company if you are willing to "act" in your desired role.

Cons

This is an engineering company that is reactionary and not forward thinking when it comes to the management of people.

good air conditioning? Semi reasonable call center pay, your co workers are pleasant the lower down the totem pole they are.

Cons

Little chance for any real progress pay wise unless you make major sacrifices in your morality against both the custokmers and your coworkers.
