      An ethical company

      Pros

      A text book example of what an ethical company should be. Young adults are receiving the guidance needed to become productive professionals one day. Employees are treated with the respect they’re due. I have always been equipped with the tools I needed to do my job.

      Cons

      Some micromanagement, but most of the time you’re given free reign to do your job without too much overhead interference.

      Pros

      Management is fantastic. The women in leadership positions within the company are incredible people inside and out and I can’t even describe how wonderful it is to be able to work for a company where the people in charge look like me. Representation is powerful and important and not just on the macro level. Even within our jobs and personal relationships, it matters more than a lot of people want to admit.

      Cons

      It’s very obvious that there are some employees who have issues working under women. I try not to wish ill on anyone, but I also hope they won’t be with the company for very long. I feel like the energy they bring into the office is detrimental to our productivity and our mission.
