      Understand the importance of diversity Open-door policy that isn’t just talk Stick to their values in every situation Hire friendly, capable people who are passionate about the company’s mission Smooth onboarding process and fantastic training program

      Cons

      Not a lot of room to grow in your career and move up in the company. Positions aren’t always open, so if one does while you’re working here… put your name in the hat. It’s worth taking the chance.

      I loved working at Eckerd! It’s very well-organized and offers a generous benefit package (vision, health and dental amongst other perks). Employees are valued for what they contribute to the team. It would be an understatement to say that our work is just “important”. We’re literally playing an integral role in the path these kids will be taking as they grow older. It’s an awesome responsibility that I was more than happy to take on.
