Pros

This company offers great employee benefits

Cons

Management needs to be more in tune with their employees to understand their work loads. They also need to value their employees more. Employees are expected to handle lots of work load with limited to no recognition or compensation. No room for growth. Management lacks in their communication skills and hoards important information.

Pros

I don't have to punch in. They give me the ability to self manage. I hate micromanagement, and there isn't a lot of that at this company.

Cons

The disconnect between the work I do, acknowledgment, and the salary I get. I feel they would rather lose people and pay for temps than invest in the employees they already have. High turnaround at this office.

Pros

ER Pay in Florida = hiring the dumbest people on earth to work for what they think is a smart brand. No one works, half the people have a whole other job but theyr have been for years so they dont get fired. Really rough group of idiots in charge. You wont see it for 6. months then it will click, the dumbest people keep their jobs because of the CYA Environment (cover ur a) but throw everyone else under. dont take a job here

Cons

Oh - they will pay you if you are really a good bullshitter. Dont get anything done, they reward you more.
