A lot of room for improvement

Pros

Coworkers are friendly and welcoming.

Cons

Stressful environment, lack of empathy, expected to work over hours/sometimes on PTO without proper compensation (money, extra time off, etc.). The type of place where everywhere wears different hats so the work constantly piles on. Roles and responsibilities will change frequently so lots of confusion with not many answers. High turnover rate.

Stay clear of this Place!!! Great surface benefits but not much after that.

Pros

-Great PTO -provides 2 lunches a week -Nice office space

Cons

-Pro-Bully environment. -Toxic work environment. -Raises and promotions are based on personal relationships with Management and not work performance. -No training structure, “work function policies” constantly changing without notice. -communications from department to department is nonexistent. -Management and POD leads lack professional management trainings.

Good employees, happy atmosphere except for the managers

Terrible managers, poor raises, they have high turnover because the work isn’t worth the salary
