Federal Holidays off and Decent Health insurance. The people are what make the experience working there worth it

Cons

Leadership is not where it needs to be. You get counted off for the smallest things that are arbitrary, Not enough help when it’s needed. Different departments have different standards and rules. If you’re a slow learner or need more time to understand things, than you’re pretty much screwed
