Pros

Monday through Friday schedule is nice and the people are great. Everyone gets along very well and they are making improvements to the technology.

Cons

The owners refuse to properly pay their employees for the amount of stress that they deal with. It's almost like they don't see people anymore, they see numbers.

There is a lot of emphasis placed on unity at Edfinancial so there are lots of potlucks and get togethers throughout the month.

Cons

Gossip can be bad among some employees but overall it is a great place to work.
