Pros

Great environment, started off by being trained within a well sized class of 10 people and was brought in to not simply be temps, they want you to succeed within the company if you're looking to reach full-time. Part-time was also very well provided by averaging 30 hours/week, but offers to work a little extra every now and then when the holidays or demands required it!

Cons

Can't think of a thing, I was offered full-time and didn't take on the opportunity to pursue a dream job.

Pros

EdFinancial was a wonderful work atmosphere, that was customer focused, while also allowing personal flexibility without sacrificing customer satisfaction.

Cons

There weren't as many opportunities for growth as I had hoped in such a large company.

Pros

There are tons of potlucks so you get fed. They also have many different departments so it's slightly easy to cross train if you don't like what you're doing.

Cons

Most management has no prior management experience and are very young...and you can definitely tell. Also there is no real compensation. They give promotions without giving raises. They also give "promotions"... make people salary but don't actually pay you more...a lot of people lost money because they lost their fringe benefits also they lost their ability to get overtime. Also there was an understanding you would have to work less some weeks to compensate but management makes you use your vacation time if you're 15 minutes late.
