Pros

Edgewell has an excellent working culture and all employees truly professionally live up to the company's values.

Cons

its just a brilliant workplace, so nothing comes to mind as such! Perhaps slightly better pay compensation in light with recent inflation spike and better employee retention speak (pushing the current (approx) 4-5 years to perhaps 10-15 years?

It's a great company, the respect to the colaborators is the cornerstone, opportunities of growing if you are a good worker. Great work enviroment, benefits beyon money (in time).

Cons

Favoritism towards certain areas or people (very common in all companies)
