Generally friendly, personable colleagues, which makes it a decently enjoyable place to work. Relaxed environment and half day fridays (if manager approves).

Cons

Cons of a larger company, such as slow to market, unambitious and unengaged colleagues, lack of accountability, and generally speakinng: terrible leadership from upper management (director-level and up is either nonexistent or way too involved in micromanaging details).

Overall solid portfolio of brands, focused on growth for the future. Treats colleagues with respect. Was fortunate to have an outstanding career with professional growth opportunities and broad experiences over the years.

Cons

Challenging business environment requires difficult and strategic decisions, thus organizational changes have been a reality to ensure the right overhead structure is in place for the future.

Brands with name recognition even though new company name is not yet recognized

Cons

Multiple reorganizations over short period of time has resulted in unstable colleague base, continued employee resignations, no recognizable culture and apathetic employees across all levels. Colleague comraderie and mutual support has disappeared and has been replaced by fault finding. When company split the benefits were notably reduced.
