Pros

Nice residents,they are super sweet and loving. You will get attached! Working in any department you get attached to the residents and they become family.

Cons

Rude staff,nobody wants to help each other out you always do more than you are paid to do,management only cares about themselves.

Pros

Great pay for Nursing staff! Nice buildings and resident apartments! Good opportunity to gain experience working with the Alzheimer and Dementia population

Cons

Unorganized management lacking professional judgement. NO experience dealing with conflict resolution causing high turnover in caregivers, nurses and other departments. Management does not follow their "COACHING" protocol for all of their employees. They pick who they want to keep regardless of how much coaching is given to them.
