Pros

It was a nice place to work at first...very friendly.

Cons

When I started work there I didn't get the full training that I should have by the right people so I did the best I could with what I had. Some of the management were very snooty to people an very put on....fakey an treated the residents poorly.

Okay starter job and everyone is nice at first.

Cons

Management is horrible to staff. Lots of Drama. You may be forced into a position you never wanted. They don't give you adequate training. They don't have good equipment.
