Pros
Great friends. Decent location. Decent pay. Not much else to say that is positive. Insurance was decent but very expensive.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations on productivity, expected to be silent throughout workday, treated like children, spied on, ALL of your calls are recorded. I overheard owner talking to HR saying that she wanted their relationship with employees to that of a disciplinary one. Expected to dress like you are going to court (owner is a lawyer) everyday even though you just sit in a cube all day and see no one. You can't even wear shoes if they go between toes even if they are dressy hills! Rules change on a dime and no one bothers telling you and not all rules apply to the same people. Talked down to frequently by supervisor in front of everyone. One of the worst places I've ever worked!
