Pros

Pay is pretty good , the equipment is new and well maintained.The boats are clean inside and the food is really good .Their insurance package is Bluecross of Louisana and is really a quality company.

Cons

They hire too many people the boats get crouded and the coordinaters arent really that great.The coordinaters dont get the supplies requested on time we found ourselves with out many times and had to ask other boats for stuff on a regular basis.

Little to no understanding of a persons personally struggles. All I get is be here be ontimendo your job. Your problems are yours.

Good medical, and a fair 401K program. Fair salary for maritime professionals.

Cons

There is a need for good seamen in the offshore industry. Few are applying, thus some lower crew O/S, Cooks, and Able Seaman should be released, but the company can not afford to fire them. A poor hand is better than none...
