Decent place for personal banking.

Cons

Toxic culture full of manipulation and gaslighting. Typical organization that promotes a "family" culture to manipulate you to putting them first and not setting boundaries. Lack of leadership. People are given positions and titles without merit just for being friends with the VP's and CEO. Lack of fair wages and no opportunity to earn bonuses or commission in lending positions that are already lacking in pay.
