      Met great people, co-workers and members Free lunches during training

      Wrong people get promotions favorites get all of the attention Unclear policies Long hours Gossip Upper and Lower Management, no trust Unprofessional Mean and snobbish staff/managers Uneducated managers. No one can seem to provide clear answers. Get the run around! Constantly having orders barked at you!!!

      you have the flexibility to help members more than traditional financials.

      Cons

      Awful leadership. Lower pay for the level of stress and risk you are taking. Leadership does not communicate well and they do not have the employees back. no board term limits and no branch in the HQ.
