There is a lot of favoritism. Policies are never consistent, if you're well liked you can pretty much get your way.

Pros

Good benefits but not industry leading. Pleasant and well maintained office location. Training & onboarding was nice and everyone was friendly. I love credit unions and what they stand for. Now to Wow is a lot of fun.

Cons

Extremely traditional corporate structure and analysis paralysis prevents progress. Fear of retribution from leadership seems to be common here, and engaging directly with someone who isn't your manager is difficult and discouraged. Ultimately you need to stay in your lane, even if it means burning out. Not fun.
