Poor training and direction, thing change too fast too frequently.

Benefits are average, offices are clean.

Cons

Training is very poor, both initial and ongoing. There are new products and marketing programs all the time but there is very little or no training. You are expected to be an expert on mobile technology to troubleshoot all phones for members. Support departments (accounting, training, help desk) is not available or limited availability on weekends and outside 9-5.
