Pros

My coworkers became my best friends.

Cons

Underpaid No commission incentives Communication between Upper Management to onsite Management to the employees is horrible. Upper Management is garbage Warren Rose is greedy and doesn't care about the employees or the residents. Took away all discounts from the employees on top of already not paying us what we deserve.

We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way about the company. We strive to provide a genuinely positive experience for our employees. We truly care about all of our employees and about the huge contribution they provide to our company’s success. We appreciate your feedback, however negative it may be. We are a growing company and are working to unify our operations between the various divisions, and with that come some growing pains. We will take your comments into consideration as we work toward improving our employment experience.

Pros

I can't think of any at this time. Insurance, but it's only reasonable if you are single.

Cons

I would never recommend this company to a new Property Manager trainee. You are required to live onsite, and move wherever and whenever they ask you. On top of this, there is a very dated training program you must complete that is not actually campatable to current policies and procedures . The pay is not competitive and there is a high level of micro management. They don't like to spend money to make the apartments competitive and they don't like to spend money to hire a decent staff. Expect a high level of turnover and constant training while you are still learning the correct procedures.
