      Cons

      Senior management and IT executive team create a IT Dept that even the business units don’t want to deal with. Shadow IT popping up. Budgeting process is a sham. You hire a head count and 3 months later you are asked to fire them because there is no budget! Micro management Lack of respect for individuals CIO and exec team will shout, be rude, and cuss in meetings

      Supervisors are secretly rude on production line and they show no sympathy for their workers You hold the door for them and you can’t even get a thank you! They just want u to do the work and show no remorse ! They are cheap to their production workers only management and offices workers gets good treatments
