Pros

Benefit is almost good

Cons

Very little smart people Very lazy people Only operators work Other engineer and manager are only talking too many politic Edwards like only people with experiences in a well-known company and they don't care about knowledge Automation department is based on chemistry engineer R&D engineer is based on six sigma and outside vendor Heart valve department are based on old process and very poor documentation Only try to pass FDA Maneger and Vp are all old and without any technical background For example only in my department one manager can work with SolidWorks VP and sr.manager and director are only concern about money and they hired only base on their last company 😒 Most of the people work with Outlook and Skype all day and waste time. I think people here sit around and only Waite for the payday and show they are busy It is the worst company that I work in 5 medical company

Pros

The only good thing about this company is the salary compensation. The benefits are also the only other good aspect about this place. If you just care about money then this is the place for you.

Cons

If you care about work environment which encompasses team work, mentorship, growth, good management and a genuine human caring element, this definitely not the place for you.

Pros

Edwards makes pretty awesome devices that do a lot of good for people. They have a nice building with an employee gym and cafeteria. Their pay and benefits are pretty good, the Draper location is nice and easy to get to. Most people are really easy to work with and will help you if you need it.

Cons

Not the place to work long term, they tend to hire a lot of younger, recent college grads with little experience because they'll gladly take the job and work the 60+ hours a week and get treated like crap. It's nearly impossible to get a promotion unless you're a woman or a minority. Toxic upper level management, they don't motivate with the proper methods. They prefer to instill fear and treat you like you don't matter. In my opinion, JA and NT need to go, if they were gone, this place would be much better. I worked for Edwards when they were in Midvale and it is definitely not the same company it used to be, which is sad to say because they used to be great.
