Don't work here at Eggplant unless you want to be observed on every single thing you do by senior management. I feel like there is no trust here because that's the feeling I get from my peers. They also use tasks in Salesforce to monitor every single thing you do. They are more interested in knowing how many hours you spend in a month in detail. I have never seen so many tasks in my life! I can't believe that other Sales/Presales organizations would function this way. They think they have a process here but it is so dysfunctional and, in fact, I think the senior management team @ Eggplant is introducing this process to look good in Keysight's eyes because I've heard it was even worse pre-2020. I already observed 4 people within a month leave Eggplant because they were fed up with the management team in the UK and others feel the same way so unless Keysight is going to make drastic changes and put this place under new management and clean up the shop, don't bother looking to work here.
