      Solid company with great market potential

      Pros

      Great product, in fact the best in the market. Large market. The team is distributed but great to work with. Everyone wants to win. Been at other companies before; having a hands on management team committed to winning and working in the trench is not common. Thats a big plus. Made my quota last 3 quarters running and cant wait to get to the next level.

      Cons

      Competitive market but if you want a great product to sell, this is the place to be.

      Pros

      Unlike some places I've worked, we actually use the product on a daily basis... and I use it in my personal life. I've been offered positions at other larger companies, but I stay because I love working with this group of people.

      Cons

      I've never been so busy at a job. (Not a bad thing) But expectations and timelines are not always achievable. I've seen issues that can be attributed to the companies fast growth. This demand has created some strife and pushed out employees who are less specialized.

      Pros

      - Awesome culture! I actually look forward to coming into work! - Great product that really helps businesses be safe and secure which makes selling it easier - Win as a team mentality where everyone is willing to help out and manager cares for his team members on more than just a career level - Small enough that your voice is heard and you can get help from anyone from support reps to the executive team - FUN work environment and great perks - stocked kitchen (w/ requests!) two free lunches a week, team events, great benefits and reimbursements

      Cons

      - We still seem to have the start up mentality when we are 8+ years old - To exceed growing quotas, longer hours a must!
