Pros

They hire extremely like minded people. This is one of the best sales teams that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They hire from within for the most part when they are promoting. For a team to succeed day in and day out everyone on it has to work hard. At Egnyte that is not an issue.

Don't really have any cons.

Pros

Super supportive teams, both direct and cross-functionally. Collaboration is a part of the culture. It's growing and changing, which allows me opportunities to flex my creative muscles and impact some of the changes that are taking place. The c-suite is pretty accessible--most (all of?) the founders are still involved and clearly believe in the company and its potential.

Cons

None from my perspective. I suppose some might think the rapid growth we're going through is unappealing, but I think there are a lot of passionate people here who enjoy growth-culture and seeing the fruits of their labor.

Egnyte was a great company to work for. Great leadership, decent pay. Glassdoor requiring me to write this so I can find out how much Taco Bell pays chefs is totally bogus.

Cons

Work from home didn't include catering.
