A strong sense of community and family, free snacks and beverages, solid 401(k), solid vacation policy, sick leave as needed without limited days.

Cons

Massive attrition rates, changes in management leave an unstable feeling, some egos are searching to be martyrs or heroes.

Pros

Great C Level executives and relatively new CEO. They understand the business and are working with the team to accelerate growth. Winning far more deals than losing. DevOps is a hot and growing market. Growing quickly and lots of new support for sales. Engineering team and products are top notch.

Cons

Growing quickly so adding new members who need to get up to speed quickly can be a challenge.

Cons

The current execs/managers are all new and extremely ineffective, sometimes inept. Morale continues to get worse. There is no vision for the future.
