Executive management lacks vision for realistic sustained growth and profitability long term. Policies and procedures are changed weekly with no real proactive approach to promote effective, repeatable internal operations. Project Management is out of control. Understaffing is out of control.
Upper management is focused on sales and not on making sure we have the resources to follow through on promises sales makes. Employees have a running joke on the 18 month trend of someone being fired every month. Since current upper management took over the culture has gotten toxic and many long time employees have quit or got fired for speaking up.
