Pros

Nice people work here. Company is involved in community. Cookouts are nice.

Cons

Complete disconnect between "doers" and management. They often reward wrong people. Cubeville, no collaboration. No technical or long term vision from company leaders. They only manage and create org charge to bottom line. Micro-management, no innovation, grossly behind in technology, don't know what they don't know. Directors are rewarded for acting siloed. Company is ultimately doomed for long term, without drastic changes.

Pros

Great co-workers, decent entry level sales gig if you get a good territory. Good experience to move on to other sales jobs. Pretty good training program.

Cons

Not sure where to begin. Extremely micro managed. CRM database is useless to the sales rep and information is either not there or is incorrect. Management is more concerned with CRM activity/updates over closing big opportunities. Commission plan gets worse every year. Did I mention micro managed?

Pros

Not many except its better than working at Walmart, but even that's debatable. Wow, this is said, I can't even think of 20 honest words to come up with the pros of working at ESI so I have to type this sentence to get the review to take.

Cons

Low wages, not much opportunity, extremely high turnover rate. As a company they over promise and under deliver to both employees and customers. You are losing employees at an astonishing rate and no one seems to be doing anything about it.
