Pros

- Make some great connections and relationships with businesses - Coworkers are typically very friendly and helpful - Some management is on top of their game, some management is complete polar opposite

Cons

- Low pay and commission structure is very odd - EXTREMELY micro managed (you've been warned) - A lot of pointless weekly meetings - Work/Life balance is a struggle - No room for advancement unless people decide to quit

Poorly ran management. If you are a part of the In Crowd your world was fine. Management made a lot of assumptions and did not work off of facts

Pros

Good Benefits, enjoy working with other reps.

Cons

As an account manager your given an account list, you can only sell off that list. Spend most your time cleaning up the CRM, 70% of the accounts off the list are disqualified accounts. This makes it impossible to build a pipeline or make your monthly quota, which is extremely high and impossible to make. All current customers I managed couldn't wait to renew with another vendor. Extremely high turn over!! Commissions suck!! Low pay!! Managers give good accounts with most opportunity to reps they favor.
